We cook our own food
Catering was a natural progression from our extensive delicatessen and cooked meats. Both our Coggeshall and Maldon shops have their own kitchens. This means that we can prepare food on our own premises to our own exacting high standards.
You choose the menu
All of the food is freshly cooked and our menus can easily be changed to suit any special requests, vegetarian choices or dietary needs.
Dinner parties, weddings, charity dinners, barbecues
Whatever the occasion we can provide everything to make it perfect. We can cater for any number of people. We will happily come and provide the complete service for a special dinner party in your own home. At the other end of the scale - we are soon to meet the challenge of a roast beef dinner for 500 people! We have been delighted to be involved with the catering for numerous wedding receptions in some very special locations including Marks Hall in Coggeshall, Hylands House in Chelmsford and Braxted Park.

We can do everything else
We can help with all of the arrangements such as seating, table laying, running order etc. Our well trained staff enjoy their work and take pride and pleasure in a job well done.

The next time you are organising an event why not call us? We can do all of the catering (and the washing up!) leaving you free to enjoy the company of your guests. If you wish we can also book your marquee, chairs tables etc.
